Water draining back

I think air conditioning drain is clogged, causing water to drain inside the car near the passenger floor mat area. I know the drain lines can be cleared by inserting a wire with a small hook on the end of the drain tubes to clear out any obstruction. But where exactly is this drain plug located from under the car?

there is a piece of tubing that has an opening that sticks out under the car, that is where the moisture goes out from the AC. Look under the passanger side to see it.

I've been getting that to sometimes, I knew it was the AC but wasnt sure what. I don't use my AC much. Is that what you do to fix the problem?
