ever since i got my civic, i have a hard time shifting into reverse. YES, i know how to shift into reverse. But sometimes it gets really hard to do it. Its really annoying sometimes, speciialy if i need to move backward fast. Any ideas?

I'm assuming your 5-speed.... try going through some of the forward gears 1st.... happens to me almost everyday. Had to do it on my dad's car, and I have to do it on my car. I usually just put in 3rd or 4th before going into reverse if reverse is not going in smoothly the 1st time.... this should take care of it.

ohiojosh78 can only hope to improve
I found out about a product called Moly linky that really helps out. Plus before you use this try draining out then refilling your tranny fluid then put some of the moly into the tranny fluid.

Thats the same problem i had on my 93 and thats what i did to it. Now it's good as gold.

Hope this helps
