I will Replace my Tranny Will i need to....

I'm replacing my tranny cuz it's making a wear noise. A few months later i change the clutch (stage 3) some pleople say it's the throwout bearing and some, the front bearing and it only makes the noise when i release the clutch or ride it but when i hold it down it stops. I bought another tranny so my question is if i change it will i have to go to honda and reflash computer?
i don't want to bother those peeps

i dont think so...not too much on the tranny as far as sensors and **** there are a few but you should be fine....if anything your check engine light might come on then you may need to reflash

yeah i just took it to autozone to diagnose the car and it was reading that the Air Intake Sensor was not working or Intake is receving too much heat i mean sometimes it goes off but mostly stays on so i think i will hav to replace the sensor and change the filter...

You should always change the throwout and pilot bearings when doing a clutch job. Also the pressure plate and of coarse the clutch plate.

A stage 3 clutch is way overkill and money wasted for your car. Are you sure they changed both bearings? Did you buy the clutch kit?

well to tell you the truth i trusted on the last guy that did the clutch and since that happen never talked to him cuz i never got to see what he was doing i know one thing when he return me the car it was making a noise and guess what it was the mount was lose and he told me it was the heat shield of the muffler i almost fight him cuz he thought i did'nt knew about motor. i was telling him what was the problem and he goes to do another thing thas messes up since i gave the money he was an a$$**** but i will never put my car in a house garage cuz people for money think there the pros.. unless you do you're mechanic work to you're own car plus know what your doing

well i suggest the people that do there tranny work just go for a complete clutch setup and never go further than stage 2 cuz our tranny are very weak. Now i'm spending double now cuz i had to get a used tranny and a whole new setup clutch and new motor mounts for my car.
