Hey my srs light came on today out of nowhere. I don't have a scanner i can get a hold or right away, is there anyway to unplug it from under the steering colum and reset the light without a scanner? has anyone else had this issue?

do you think the fact that the bushings on my driverside seat are bad and the seat is loose could be causing the srs light?

^nope...if u haven't changed anything that concerns the srs..like wheel, and seats...go ack to the dealership to get it done, it should be covered under warranty..even if it's expired cause it's more of a safety issue and the dealership will usually let it go for free...

yeah but my seat rocks back and forth so it maybe that. I can't think of anything else. I can get ahold of a good scanner so if worse come to worse then im just going to turn it off with the scanner.
