Transaxle hub nut rusted
Transaxle hub nut rusted
My car is a Civic DX 94 4dr.
I 'm swaping out the engine for a lower milage D15b7 '95
The problem is that the hub nut's are stuck because of
rust.
What would be a good thing to try
WD 40
A torch to heat it up first
I have a large section of pipe= 60 " long black pipe
to use on my axle hub nut. Both nuts are frozen stuck
and I can't remove the axle's
Any Ideas.
If you have any experence's like this and live in the North East
please send me email
Thanks

Heat it up if you can, that's the easiest way assuming you can get a torch in there. If you want to soak it, try PB Blaster and let it soak for awhile. It helped out big time on my exhaust.
