Are you having the CEL or MIL coming on? Do you see any traces of coolant or greenish tint on the spark plugs?

When does the symptom usually happen or is it the whole time?

It's not just on the threads of the plug, right?

What year civic do you have????

Probably the valve cover seals, from your last reply.

Jesus, people... a little detail would be helpful.

"Ummm..... I have a Car, and it leaks, what could be wrong???"

A model and year would be VERY helpful to answer your questions, as well as are the plugs full of oil on the electrode side, or on the boot side?

I'm now assuming the boot side since you mentioned PLUG CABLES. So you must have a 6th gen or less???

It's the spark plug seals that are on the valve cover. Replace those and it will fix the problem.

Yes could just be the valve cover gasket. It could cause a nasty run.
