Thumbs down Piece underneath CD player came off

The flip open piece underneath the CD player came loose today. Anyone else had this problem? I talked to my service guy and he said it would take a couple of hours to fix because they had to take apart the console area just to replace the flip open door or any other peace that came off.
It will be fixed under warranty, but still my cars interior durability has been pretty crapppy.

a few hours is a bit much - maybe 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes TOTAL.

I had my dash apart in 20 minutes the first time I did it, and that included a 5 minute hunt for the proper screwdriver. Order the part from hondaautomotiveparts.com and do it yourself if you don't want to leave your car with those scumbags at the dealer.

No, I'm just taking it to the dealership to have it fixed, since it will be under warranty.

thats probably the first time ive heard this happen. Eitherway, actually replacing the part shouldnt take that long, its getting to your car that will take forever. So, take the day off, or get the part online and DIY.
