Weird Squishy sound......

Ok when Im driving im getting a kinda weird squishy sounding noise from the front drivers wheel....It sounds like some kind of rubber or something...Wtf is it????

or have you check to see that the well is tucked behind the bumper? your tire could be rubbing against that.
