Grinding Noise from front of the car

Grinding Noise from front of the car
I"ve been hearing this grinding noise from my car for about 2 days now. When I reverse you'll always hear it but the sound goes away as I hit the brake. When I accelerate sometimes the noise would be there and sometimes it wont, but if the noise is there i'll hit brake again and it goes away for a bit then comes back again.
