Bogged Acceleration..

Bogged Acceleration..
My car is running like crap these days...acceleration bogs.and plus I have an automatic. I only have about 29,000 miles on it..but it seems like all of a sudden or over time..acceleration is getting worse and worse. The gas pedal seems more boggy..and it doesn't go as clear.. In addition, I could feel slight hesitations in my car when I push on the gas at a constant rate.. My air filter is good, spark plugs are pretty good, what else could be contributing to this...? I tried cleaning the throttle body with throttle body cleaner..that barely made any difference.. Anyone else feel hesitation in their accelerations..and what other things can be contributing to these things besides what I mentioned above..if anyone could help...it'd be greatly appreciated.... My car is stock too.. 
On another note: sometimes when I accelerate..I hear a whistling sound from the engine as well..

Rep Power: 328 New intakes cause a loss in low end power usually, and a very very slight gain in the upper RPM ranges. Also, what you are describing could be caused by the A/C being on, OR a faulty MAP sensor (I think)....
