info the difference between a 2k1 and a 2k3 gauge cluster

info the difference between a 2k1 and a 2k3 gauge cluster

are there any differences in the wiring and such? if i were to try to put a 2k3 gauge cluster (since i broke mine ) would it work right? a COMPLETE swap just unplug the old and plug in the new?

nope...i believe they are different connectors.

connectors as in the wiring harness> or the connections on the back of the cluster?

The CONNECTORS are the same, but the pinout is different. If you have the service manual, it shows the pinout for both. It requires swapping a few wires around.
