headlights dim

OK i did search this. My headlights dim when my fans kick in. And not just a little its almost like switching my brights on and off. This doesnt seam normal, or do i need a new battery

My headlights dim when I have my music up and stop giving her gas, but brightens up as soon as I press the pedal.

That fan takes up a huge amount of power, especially when the A/C is on. This is normal. If you have a voltmeter, you'll see that the alternator actually turns off most of the time and only comes on when something is drawing a big load. Most of the time you'll be running on 12V. So if you're cruising and the fan comes on, voltage will drop way below 12 and after that the alternator will kick in to bump up the voltage to 14. It's normal cause our alternators and charging system suck.
