Creaking Automatic

I'm interested to hear from 2001 automatic sedan owners who have creaking or growning brakes when the break pedal is released from start.

Honda tell me this is normal with all automatics.

I get that once in a while if I very slowly release my brakes on a hill. My previous Toyota SR5 did this too actually. Nothing to worry about.

I've got an LX auto coupe and I get a groaning sound if I press the pedal to the floor...

you know, like if you are at a light sitting still and using just enough pressure to keep the car stopped, its fine. Press it to the floor and you can hear a creaking, groaning sound...
