Car Horn

My horn doesn't work when I press the horn button but when I have a car alarm that connects to the horn so when I lock/unlock the car and when the alarm sound I can hear the horn

Sounds like a potential wiring issue. Have you tried pushing the horn from different spots and angles of the wheel? I suspect the airbag will need to come off either way for further inspection.
