Headlight and turn signal flicker

New member to CivicForums!
2007 Civic Ex
Left side headlight and turn signal flicker while driving. I had both bulbs replaced but this did not fix the problem. I am not very car savvy so looking for expertise on diagnosing and fixing the problem. Could it be a fuse, as corroded connector, wiring short or ? Anyone with ideas on how to diagnose the problem?
Appreciate any help I can get.

Alternator might be on the way out

Thanks for insight ... I had alternator checked...its ok, took out the headlight bulb cleaned the connection with some terminal cleaner and now it works. Odd thing though, did not touch the turn signal and now it works without flicker too?
