Hey everyone

I have a 2010 Civic Hybrid. A few weeks ago, some ding-dong hit-and-ran my parked car (no cameras around/no info left at the scene), knocked off my passenger side mirror, and gave me real nice scrape/dent.
Anyways, I bought a new, painted mirror and got around to installing it this past weekend. However, right before that, the turn signals and hazards completely stopped working. No hyper flashing beforehand, just all of a sudden I went to turn on my blinker coming out of my apartment and nothing happened.

Does anyone have any insight on first steps I should take to address this? Or is this definitely an issue that I need to go to a dealer to do? Any help is greatly appreciated.
