parasitic draw on 2015 civic

I'm looking for advice on troubleshooting the dead batteries I've been having.

Every few months my car's battery is dead. It seems to happen more often after a period of not driving it. When it dies I jump it and drive it a long ways and then it's fine for a while. My mechanic can't find the problem (he's tried twice), and says that the battery and alternator are fine. That makes me think it's a parasitic draw. I'm REALLY careful about turning everything off (especially after it happened a few times).

Today I measured the current when everything was turned off, and it's about 120 milli-amps, which is *roughly* twice what it should be (I think??). I'm a bit surprised my mechanic didn't mention this high draw? I pulled all the fuses, 1 by 1 (hoping to find the culprit), and the current never dropped. This car is completely stock.

I've never posted here before. Please let me know if I can clarify anything!

Did you pull all the fuses in both fuse boxes? (In car and under hood)

I pulled all the fuses in the interior box. In the under-hood box I pulled all the obvious and easy ones, which I circled in red in this picture. Everything not in red was not tried. there is a small panel in the bottom right (circled in green) and I wasn't able to easily get the lid off.

Use a small flathead to gently pry the tabs on that cover, grey thing looks like a relay, pull it and see what happens

update: I've pulled the remaining fuses/relays except for the big block circled in green. I was able to pull it upward, but then it clips in very securely and it's not so clear to me how to get it loose. I'm worried that if I jam my screwdriver in there the plastic tabs holding it will break off...

You need to push them in, use a little screwdriver

Re: parasitic draw on 2015 civic

update: I brought the car into the Honda dealership in late September (after posting here) and they couldn't find any issues. They replaced the battery. 6 weeks later another dead battery. I brought the car back to the Honda dealership, and their only advice is to invest in a battery tender. They pointed out that it was only driven 300 miles over that 6 week period. I can't remember exactly how those 300 miles went down (one long trip vs many shorter trips), unfortunately.

At this point I feel like I'm out of options, so I will invest in the battery tender. But I've never heard of going from new battery to dead battery in 6 weeks. Any thoughts on this? Ever heard of a battery going dead that quickly without there being some parasitic draw on it?

I've pulled all fuses/relays except for the big block circled in green, which I don't feel comfortable pulling out.
