civic 06 flickering lights exterior & interior
Hello.
About 3 months or 4 I don't remember exactly, I replace my alternator, and auto tensione, belt. My battery is about year and half old bought it at walmart value power it has 650cca.
Yesterday I noticed my headlights, parking lights, and taillights and my dome and map lights( both of these are LED) they are flickering awhile idling, when I'm driving goes away and after awhile they don't flicker anymore awhile idling... I took off my amp, aftermarket double din radio to see if that cause... I use my multimetere and alternator is putting out 14+ moving back and forward with lights on no radio or ac. with light off stay at 14.20volts.... What could be the problems?

visually they look fine grounds no corrosion. that bolts for alternator ill check tomorrow and alternator i got it from o'raily... also doesn't flicker when engine is off.

So not an oem alternator, grab an OEM one from a junkyard and see if that fixes it

also green stuff how this happened??
could this be the problem?
2 of those wires arent connected
do they even sale whole entire wires i just want replace whole thing?

There's 2 wires broken right off? Hard to tell in the picture.
Honda will sell the harness, will be alot cheaper from the junkyard.
The new alternator from oriellys may still be junk but make sure the harness is good first

yea 2 of them came off and green stuff i try put it back wire diagram so idk it worked or not

i went junkyard looking for alternator didn't find one. i did cut the wire goes alternator post from another car, just trying figure how can i connect the 2 point together, i didn't find 4awg butt connector or type way connect non correded wire to my existing wire.
