2012 civic Rear toe adjustment [solved]

Hey guys. Just got new tires on the 2012 Civic. Shop could not adjust the rear toe to do the alignment. Claimed it was "frozen"
Can you help me locate this location exactly so I can look at this myself and try to loosen what they are talking about? I have done a lot of work on cars but suspension/alignment is foreign to me. Any help would be bad *** and pics would be great too, Thanks!

Ok so after some research it looks like the location where to adjust toe is on the rear lower control arm. It's the rear toe adjustment bolt which looks like it slides in the groove in the control arm for adjustment. I just don't know if that's the only bolt that needs to be loosened to do adjustment. Is there anybody out there ? Echo Echo Echooooo

we are all volunteers here, not employees. 3 hours is not a long time to wait for response.
get a service manual here, I think there were not a big change between 8th and 9th gen cars.

Thanks for posting that but I'm not sure if they are the same either.

Edit, rear lower control arms are different so no it's not the same.

re: 2012 civic Rear toe adjustment [solved]

I located the "frozen" toe bolts. The claimed "frozen" bolts came off so easy it was stupid. Called shop and he admitted they had a temp mechanic in there yesterday. Figures. So I just got back from that shop an hr ago. They said they still could not fix the toe on the right rear because it was maxed out. Telling me I need a new control arm. When I look at the toe diagram, it looks like they made it worse since yesterday. I do not understand how this could be. I do not trust them one bit. I'll be taking it somewhere else to complete this alignment and if they say I need a control arm, so be it. But I'm not convinced on what this first shop says.

All good now. Just some advice to someone searching and doesn't know. Make sure to have your cam bolt and cam nut mirroring each other. If they are not, you will not be able to adjust rear toe because the bolt and nut will be fighting each other. LATER!

i know im 2 years late but im having the same issue i have been burning through tires every 3-4 weeks now because of natural camber. They told me the same thing that I have to get new control arms which i cant find anywhere for these cars. But how did you fix the issue? I didn't really understand your final post
