I have a 2012 Civic 4 door, 5 speed manual. About 138000 miles.

I've noticed above 60 MPH and especially above 70, its developing kind of a low pitched growling or howling noise, which gets louder the higher the speed is.

My first thought was maybe a wheel bearing or CV boot, but everything is dry, nothing is ripped or getting hot. Tires still seem to be wearing mostly even after 40000 miles on them. Tires are some uniroyal tiger paw. Nothing feels loose or rattly in front end, everything feels tight. No clicks, clunks or rattles when turning.

There is also a low pitched kind of "whum.. whum..whum" noise from the front between about 20 and 40 mph, its had this for a long time but I assumed it was just tires out of balance.

Transmission fluid was replaced with genuine Honda mtf about 3000 miles ago. Clutch still has never been replaced. Any ideas?

This, check the front end, sure it's not wind noise?

I'm positive it's not wind noise, it's definitely driveline related and related to speed and not RPM
