Car shakes when you brake but the steering wheel dose not

2014 Honda Civic EX, car has a developing issue where the car shakes when you push the brakes but the steering wheel doesn't ever shake. The first few times you use the brakes when the car is cold the shake is mild to nonexistent. But as they warm up it gets progressively worse until no matter how lightly you push the brakes it will shake the car. Pulling the e brake only while in motion doesn't seem to cause any shake. I have had warped rotors on other cars but it doesn't feel like warped rotors until the brakes are warm. I haven't driven a car this new so I'm kinda stumped here. Could it be bushings? Just basic warpped rotors? Something more complicated?
