Gearbox speed sensor issue
Hi there. Last week I had my gearbox changed and the old speed sensor broke in transport. Ordered a new one, went to the garage today, connected the new sensor and speedometer still doesn't work. It worked at the garage for like 5 seconds, and after I restarted the car it doesn't work again. Any ideas what could be the issue here? The car is a 2007 civic type s GT 2.2 diesel.

Aftermarket part? Did you buy the correct one for the transmission? Auto vs manual, engine type may affect it as well.
