2006 Odd noise
I have an odd noise coming from my stock civic. It is really odd and appears to come when I am under 2500RPM and only in gear. It is a 5 speed. I changed the gear oil today and did not see any shavings at all so I am wondering if this is common. Here is a video that I took of the noise:

I can only hear it in 1st and 2nd.. it may be drowned out by road noise though, not 100% sure

Does it make the noise at idle with the clutch out?

My first thought was input shaft bearing.

it does not make the sound at idle with the clutch out
