Loud tap when slowing or start moving

Loud tap when slowing or start moving
09 civic 185 miles. Automatic transmission. I need some experienced opinions. Or at least better than mine. When slowing down and it's near stopped theres a loud tap. Then when in reverse it taps again when starting from a stop. While driving everything's great. CV axle? I have a 30 second video if that helps.
