I have a question about my 2015 Honda Civic. It has two fans in the engine bay. The fan on the passenger side does not turn on when I switch on the A/C. When is this fan supposed to activate? I tested it by connecting it directly, and it works, but it doesn’t start when the A/C is running. What could be the cause, and how can I troubleshoot why it’s not engaging?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
