Please help- multiple warning lights on

I have read multiple threads, watched a tons of YouTube videos and spent a lot of money trying to resolve my issue. I have a 2015 Honda civic with 72k mileage and have maintained it. I've always drove Honda's and have never had an issue like this before. My mechanic did an oil change and when checking everything he noticed the mass air flow tube (I don't know the actual name) was brittle and had a crack in it so he replaced it. We also changed the spark plugs, filters etc. The serpentine belt looked cracked and a little brittle so he changed that too. The next day all my warning lights came on. He looked at everything, cables, wires etc and everything seemed to be fine and reset it figured it may have been because he changed the air flow tube it threw some things off. but within the hour they came back on. So he read the code which said it was the MAP sensor. We changed that and the MAF sensor too and within a day the lights came on. After reading I had the alternator and battery checked (battery is only a year old) and it said the alternator was failing so literally just got that changed today with a new one not a remanufactured one and took it for a drive and the lights came back on again. The car was hesitating when accelerating and when he changed the MAP sensor that seemed to resolve that issue. No symptoms just the warning lights and I don't know what to do. Had to fix the door lock cylindar and power window on the driver's side as that stopped working as well but that has all been fixed. I feel like I'm just dumping money with no resolution. Any advice? And again I've read tons of threads and everything I've read that may have fixed others issues I've already checked or replaced. Please help.

Battery is only a year old and has been tested twice and it's good. Cables have been checked and those are good as well.

hondas no like aftermarket electronics.
Alternator also have some electronics.
OEM alternator? or did you get aftermarket?
You can try to find a junkyard OEM alternator, car-part.com is a database of junkyards

Hondas cut alternators off when not needed to save fuel

Thank you for response but yes it's OEM. We just yesterday changed the MAP sensor again from aftermarket to OEM one and had him change the sparkplugs again and got those directly from Honda as well. He compared them to what he just put in and they were different. Drove it around no lights was literally in tears from happiness. But today they lights are back.

Check the negative battery cable sensor. Do not buy aftermarket. I tried that and failed almost immediately.
