Not sure what these holes are for?

Noticed this earlier when I was inspecting the passenger side control arms, tie rod ends, etc. and noticed two holes on the subframe the closely match two threaded holes by the crankcase on the oil pan. Anyone have an idea what these are for? Thank you.

The tab with holes is unused. I've never noticed one that was used..
IDK why it's there either..
A common explanation Could be for a different version of the car, or whatever honda builds that shares that subframe. Maybe it's used during production.

Paint it. Tie a rabbits foot to it.
Install the wheel and ignore it.
