Horrible knock
I have this horrible knock that sounds like it’s coming from the drivers side of my engine.
The rod bearings have been replaced, as well as a valve lash adjustment. And at this time there are no heat shields on the exhaust. I should also mention the CEL is not on either.
Here is a video of how it sounds.

That sounds like a rod knock to me. Who replaced the rod bearings?
Dump out some oil into a catch pan, do you see lots of tiny metal particles? Something like this?

I’ll do that this evening, and let you know the results.
Update: I drained some of the oil, it’s has some particles in it like in the picture below but not much.
