After replacing all plugs and coils, what could cause a misfire

assuming good spark (e.g. no electrical issues leading to the spark plugs and that they're gapped properly), issues on the air/fuel (injectors, fuel delivery, MAF issues, intake valves) side can also cause misfire conditions. Also, worst case scenario, head gasket issues (leakage between cylinders) can cause misfires.

How did the plugs look when you pulled them?
