I have a 06 civic that I replaced the engine in and it ran well initial start-up. After the test drive parked in garage overnight, the next day on start up ran very rough and now won't start at all. Replaced spark plugs, coils, drained the fuel tank and added fresh fuel also replaced fuel filter and pump. Still won't catch. Any advice?

Did you check if you're getting spark or fuel at the engine?
Check engine light on?
