I have 03 civic ex 1.7 vetch that is having cylinder3 and 4 miss fires. Back story my wife’s car pop out the cam seal and lost most of its oil towed it home replaced seals tbelt,water pump idler and crank seal . And now have 3&4 misfires swapped coils around no change replaced cam sensor still no change. I am a retired master tech all timing marks a correct and checked by another working tech. I am getting p0303 and p0304 I am at a loss on this any one ever had seen this issue?

How do the plugs look?

Plugs I pulled out looked clean . I did replace them prior to start up
