Re: Need help with throttle body hose routing

I can only speak about general TB setup, as I do not know that specific vehicle.

-There is usually two coolant ports, about a 1/4" diameter. Most of them are open flow to the sensor, so direction shouldn't matter. (You can blow into one end of the set to find the other.

-The rest of the ports are vacuum ports. All of them end up drawing vacuum from the same place so it doesn't matter how they are setup.

-it's ok if you end up with too many, or two few vacuum ports due to engine configuration. If too many just cap off the extras; too few, buy a "T" connector.

That big one front and center looks like a fuel supply line to a fuel rail, but I'm not quite familiar with the layout of a K20Z3

Re: Need help with throttle body hose routing

Let me try to explain where everything goes.

The two small hoses at the bottom are coolant lines for the IACV. The one you have connected is on the wrong one. Move the hose up to one above it. The one on the bottom goes to the right off the side of your picture. It connects to the big, metal main coolant line.

-The bigger one next to the throttle body inlet is the crankcase breather. It should connect to the intake somewhere, not sure exactly where.
-The bigger one on top of the intake manifold is a vacuum line, it should look like this:
