2013 Honda Civic EX coupe won’t start

My car hasn’t been able to start for a few days. I had a very busy week and wasn’t able to attempt to jump it until today. I thought the battery just wouldn’t start because we just had the temperature drop a into the 20’s. well it’s warmed up into the 50’s and still wouldn’t start. So I tried to jump it. That didn’t work either. The lights inside all work and turn on, as does the radio. The only thing different is I get alerts and warnings now when I put the key into the on position. When I turn the key to start the ignition the dash lights all flicker and I just hear a clicking sound.

From what I’ve read on here and other places it could be the starter, a fuse, the relay/solenoid. Has anyone else experienced this and what action did you take to fix it.

If you can see the starter try giving it a smack with something long like a breaker bar
