2014 shudders around 3000 rpm when accelerating...

Hello everyone! I've got a 2014 Civic with 90K on it. I've been fighting this issue now for a few thousand miles. It's right around 3K rpm that it starts to shutter, doesn't seem to matter how hard or light I am on the throttle. I've changed the plugs, but those weren't really that bad. Any suggestions on where else to look?

No CEL. I’ve never gotten the MT fluid changed either.
