2007 Civic st. Recently had it towed. Shop replaced #2 #4 ignition coils and spark plugs. Worked for a little bit then similar problem, engine looses power, which was due to low antifreeze. Shop can't find a leak, so they fill the coolant back up. Unknown why the dash didn't alert me on the low coolant level. The car runs, but I still feel it idles bad. I had the fuel injectors cleaned also. Is there something else that could be going on? I have this fear about dying at a stoplight.

Re: engine problems
Is the coolant level stable, or is it dropping again?
Any overheating?
If there are no leaks then the coolant could be bypassing a blown head gasket, into the cylinders.

It did over heat but I'm keeping that in check to far no coolant loss. The problem with the idling was bad coils. I have two left for the shop to replace. Don't know how common this problem is. Sadly I purchased it from a used car dealer with out researching the model. I just knew that Honda was one of the brands recommended by my mechanic as being reliable. This one was seen more time in the shop then the road. Thanks for your reply.
