Engine code help

Hi everyone, I have a 2012 Honda civic 1.8 and I've been having issues lately. engine light is on and found out I have codes P0303 which is cylinder 3 misfire. Code 83-11 which says no DTC definition found, see service manual. I purchased new spark plug and distributor for cylinder 3 but not to sure which is cylinder 3 and have no clue what code 83-11 is and should I worry about it. Please if anyone has any advice on how to deal with these issues please let me know, thanks.

Re: Engine code help

I just looked up an 83-11, which was code 1 of 2 (PCM Malfunction) Drilled down to #2 and found code 61-11 which is ABS right side actuator short. Pulled the VSA fusable link and the codes reset. No problems since.
