Washing the Rear Windsheild

Washing the Rear Windsheild
I am having the damndest (i guess thats how you spell it) washing the rear windshield inside the car. Some reason it is a little translucent, just not very clear. Its been like that since i got the car but its never really been that big of a problem other than i think it looks like crap. If anyone has any idea on how to clean it good just give a holla.

Also, if you are having trouble reaching the crack near the third brake light, take a thin yet rigid piece of cardboard, wrap a cloth or paper towel around it and wedge that thing in there, dry with a similar apparatus...
