Rubber marks on side of car...

Some old lady in a huge buick ran across the side of my car today when i was working it didnt mess anything up or leave any dents.. only damage was 3 12" rubber marks on my bottom rear bumper... and about 3 scratchs about 6" long any ideas on how to get the rubber/paint off and hide those scratchs a little bit? my car is a light green color

3M rubbing compound...You can do it by hand or by machine. Pour some on a rag and rub it into the paint until the marks are removed...Then wax over it....
