MY dad has something called "Bug and Tar Remover".. I used that and then I went to the carwash, used the brush and scrubbed it and then I washed it off and they all came off.. Also you might want to use a brush when you use the bug and tar remover, just remember to wash it off it might eat your paint

If you don't mind using a little elbow grease, the Turtle Wax spray-on bug and tar remover works well. It's actually got wax in it too, so unlike a lot of them it won't leave the area unprotected after you use the product. Just spray on, let it sit for 30 seconds or so, then start scrubbing... I've yet to encounter and bugs or tar it couldn't remove. Good luck!
