Angry Backed Into Someone, Nasty Marks!

I was at my fraternity party last night and when I got there, don't ask, but I backed into someone when trying to find a parking spot. Well anyway, they had a metal bumper, so it did no damage to their car. My blue plastic bumper on the other hand got a few nasty scars. There are two spots on left center of my rear bumper where the paint had chipped off. These two spots are like the size of a penny each. It got scuffed pretty bad, but I got rid of those with some rubbing compound. The dings aren't noticeable from far away, and even close up it actually isn't that bad. One thing that I have realized is that no matter what, it is hard as hell to keep your car in prestine condition, so I guess ill just accept it and not freak out over it like I would have a year ago when I got my car. My front bumper is been dinged up like crazy from driving around in Houston, and on my rear bumper, there are areas that are pretty small where the paint just seems to crack and make a spider web. But anyways, should I just use some touch-up paint for those two little areas where you can see the plastic of the bumper?

This is probably a strange question, but what fraternity are you in?

i'll feel your pain, unfortunately everyone is going to get scratches and chips know matter how careful we are (the roads don't determine what car is going to get them or not) it's just part of life. check out this website... www.duplicolor.com check out the scratch fix 2in1 touch up paint marker. take care

eh, just wondering, what rubbing compound did you use? because i have two nasty looking scrape marks, one from when a car back into me and another from when i lost traction and hit a curb (damn firestones, i was only going like 15 mph). i'll post pics when i get home if that would help. also, my rear bumper (just the plastic, not the actual bumper) popped out on the left side where it connects to the rest of the car. it doesnt look like anything is broken, just like it needs to be put back in. any advice? finally, any estimates on what it would cost to get my car professionally detailed (nice and clean. get rid of a few small marks)?
