Unhappy I just washed my civic

I just washed my civic coupe! i just took a look at my rear quarter's since i always try and keep em clean i noticed brown rust spots lil tiny spots can this buff out? do i have anything to worry about??

i'm not sure if they will buff out (assuming it's deep into the metal)... but at least touch them up with oem paint, so it doesn't spread and get worse. rust sucks!

its just lil tiny spots theres no bubbling they should buff out.

There tiny brown spots
i got a 3M bar at my detailing shop i work at i can use thanks!

If its rust there isnt a thing you can do about it with a Clay bar since it doesnt remove things like that only things that are in the paint that washing wont remove. If its rust you need to either repint that portion or maybe some touch up would work
