Engine ManagementPost information/questions about Engine Management here!
It's especially important for Forced Induction (Turbo and SuperCharging) and Engine swaps!
What destroys engines are fuel management!
Previous owner failed to put this keystock in whenever they did whatever they did. No damage besides valve cover. Got a replacement for that arriving tomorrow
Anyways I'm putting the little guy in
do I put the sprocket all the way against the spacer between the sprocket and oil pump?
I assume yes. But just figured I'd ask the vets
Only reason I noticed this is because I had to replace that awesome little o ring on the oil pump (don't worry I didn't mess the timing up, I have the crankwheel locked in place and marked the belt and sprockets and pulleys before I removed anything)
From the oil pump you have the timing belt guide plate thing, then the timing belt sprocket, the lower timing belt cover, then put in the key and install the crankshaft pulley.
