2005 4 door car will lock with interior switch but not unlock?

2005 4 door car will lock with interior switch but not unlock?

When you lock the doors with interior switch it locks all doors except the front passenger and when you push up to unlock it doesnt do anything. I have already replaced the door switch, help would be appreciated!!

Check for broken wires in the door harnesses where they bend every time the door is opened.

If no broken wires then the actuator could be bad
