Rep Power: 428 Well keep taking it back untill they fix it, If brand new civics seats dont rock, then yours shouldnt either. Make them replace the whole damn assembly.

Rep Power: 0 I got the bushings replaced in mine - still rocks. People talk about swapping RSX and Si seats in... how about the rails from those seats? Are the Si seats height-adjustable? That seems to be the problem. Or maybe even LX/DX seat rails...

Rep Power: 0 Ya i've got the same problem w/ my driver seat. I'm taking it in on Wednesday when the new seat tracks come in. I should mention the service bullitin you guys are talking about cauze they weren't gonna do anything about it until I spoke to the manager. BTW, the car has 26,000 on it and this is the 2nd time it will be going in for it.

Rep Power: 276 My drivers seat in mine rocks all the damn time. Just enough for it to be annoying. I've had it "fixed" under the warranty, but it still does it. At least I'm not alone.

Rep Power: 319 Mine rocks probably because I really slam back when I get into the car. I almost jump into the seat. Lol. Also, as soon as I get in, it hurts my lower back. Someone said civics aren't for tall dudes. I'm 6'0. Ow.

Rep Power: 0 there is a bulitin from honda and they will fix it if you have a waranty but it will fail again because the bushings will wear out again. I had it fixed once under warranty and I am about to do it again myself. its really not that hard though, just time consuming. you can get all the parts and full ilustrated instructions from your dealer. talk to the service guys aobut the instructions, they can print them off for you.
