Ignition problem?

So my 03 LX A/T sedan is all factory (as of this moment) with 350,000 miles, but before I throw money at this electrical issue I just want to validate my idea is correct....
2 weeks ago stopped at a store turned the car off and went inside, came back 2 minutes later tried to start it and no crank no start, no lights on the dash.. nothing.. not even the key being in the ignition with the door open, didn’t hear the annoying beeping sound I typically get with the door open. I tried wiggling the gear shift.. nothing.. got out to pop the hood to see if I had a loose battery cable and as soon as got in front of the car the beeping started and on a hunch I tried to start it, and started right up with no hesitation, no MIL or anything.

Either my civic came factory with wiring gremlins or.. the electrical part of my ignition switch is bad?? I tried swapping to my spare key to see if it would start it but it’s the same thing with both keys.. and it does it RANDOMLY so it’s hard to recreate it.

PLEASE HELP! TIA
