Ecu swap out issues

I lost the key to my 2002 Honda Civic. I switched out the ECU and the lock cylinder and everything else that needed to be swapped out around the steering column. The car turns over and the Green Key light doesn't come on but the cluster doesn't read and the code reader is coming up error. What do I need to fix?

Plug in your original PCM. Does it communicate with a scanner?

Lots of those mobile lock smith guys can make a s program a key..

You don’t need a ECU to spin the starter motor, sounds like your “replacement” ECU is not powering on at all.
