If i get a new ecu with the key with i have to reflash the ecu or do i need anything

i blew my ecu and i have a ecu with the key from the same car will i need to reflash the ecu?

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Unless you also have the ignition cylinder as well (that key won't fit in yours) then you'll need to just have the new ECU flashed to the existing key.

would u have to take off the whole ignition to replace the ignition cylinder ? and if so how do you get the ignition off without a crow bar?

Just get the key flashed, its easier. You'll more than likely need the entire column to ensure you don't **** anything up.

honda wont work on my car cuz it has performance parts on it and they dont want anything to do with it so i got this ecu and ignition with key out of a junk yard just cant the ignition off
