Struts bearing & inner tie rods

I'm currently making a major replacement of all the suspension parts and struts.
I'm Doubtful of the inner tie rod replacements, it does feels very very softly. Is it supposed to be tight or feel soft?
Struts shock absorber bearing, does it need replacement too or should I keep it? It feels like very tight.
128,000miles on them stock. Thanks to you experts to all the help you give to us every time

...if you cant tell what needs replacement then maybe take it to a few auto shops. If 3 shops tell you the same thing then replace the parts. Make sure not to ask about any specific part, just say you want an inspection.
