Spongy brake

I’ve gone and replaced both the master cylinder and the brake booster and still have the brake go down to the floor also I bled the front brakes and bled the master cylinder.
I had a leak with the rear wheel cylinders and replaced those as well . I’m running out of options tbh

Is one wheel not locking up when you apply the brakes? Might need someone to help you

Re: Spongy brakes

Better parts? Might need to redo the flare if it's leaking there

the piston came out
after pressing the brakes a bunch along with the drum it had fell on the floor.
I went ahead and put the cylinder back together and adjusted the shoe to the drum

Something would have to be way out of adjustment or wrong for that to happen with the drum on
