civic brakes

hey , i have problem with my brakes on my 95 civic coupe dx , all the rotors , pads , calipers , drum , shoes and cylinders are new , but the pedal sometime is hard and sometime is soft , is that the booster ??? i realy need your help !!!

Sounds like a master cyl or you may need to bleed the brakes, what is you part # on your master cyl and booster, i may have one

were the brakes bleed properly? air in the lines is a common solution to this. when it is softer does the performance of the braking reduce?

it's ok i found the problem , the caliper pins were seize and the cylinder seal were leaking so bolt caliper were replace

Mine was the master cylinder when I had this issue. Wasn't too expensive to fix but I have a good mech.
